Included with your venue hire, Meris will attend rehearsals, assist with pre-planning and setting up for trials and the main event. She will meet and assist with the cake, musicians, caterers and photographers upon arrival — and of course coordinate the pack-down at the end of the evening.

Rosemount is fully BYO with no markup or corkage. You may bring your own beverages and alcohol, or order through your chosen caterer. All drinks must be served by bar staff — please discuss your requirements with Meris.

Music can be played during the wedding ceremony, between the ceremony and dinner, and after dinner.
We have a selection of performers who have proved to provide excellent entertainment for weddings.
All other musicians must be discussed and approved with Meris.
Resource consent allows music up to 11:00pm. Rosemount also offers free loan of speakers.
