Rosemount has several exclusive caterers, bands and other service providers that have been selected for choice, quality and service. Please see below for requirements and recommendations regarding these services.

Complimentary Wedding Coordination:
We will attend the rehearsals, assist with pre-planning, setting up for trials & the main event. Meeting & assisting with the cake, musicians, caterers, photographers upon arrival. And ofcourse packing up. Please enquire for more information about our extensive (and experienced) wedding coordimation service.

Catering

Rosemount is BYO. There is no markup or corkage. You may bring your own beverages and alcohol to Rosemount or you may order it through your chosen caterer.

A recomended local beverage provider is Kaiapoi Super Liquor, who provide $50 chiller trailer hire and delivery of alcohol, sale & exchange:

Music - DJ's & Bands

Music can be played during the wedding ceremony, between the ceremony and dinner and also after the dinner. However known artists are preferred at rosemount, we have a selection of artists on our website that have proved to provide excellent performances >click-here to view our list. Other Musicians must be discussed and approved. Resource consent allows music up to 11.00pm. Rosemount also offers free loan of speakers.

Rosemount has a highly recommended string quartet. The Praesto String Quartet has been playing at weddings for many years and offers a wide range of music, both classical and modern. For more infomation please visit their website.
